Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Now Playing mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Now Playing (a Gorlami LLC application) ("Gorlami," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
  • Post or share content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Post spoilers, reviews, or comments in violation of any posted community guidelines;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute catalog data or other members' content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. User Content

The Service allows you to create and store content such as ratings, reviews, watchlists, lists, and comments. You retain ownership of the content you provide. By submitting content, you grant Gorlami a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and any people you choose to share it with.

5. Movie and TV Data

Titles, artwork, synopses, and other catalog information shown in the Service are supplied by third-party data providers and remain the property of their respective owners. Now Playing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any studio, network, or streaming service. The Service does not stream, host, or provide access to any movies or shows; it is a tracking and discovery tool only.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Gorlami LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that catalog data, availability information, or recommendations will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Now Playing (a Gorlami LLC application) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account — see Delete your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
